Arnold is a student of Grand Master Feng Chao Lin form Taiwan/Cape Town. He started his Yang style Tai Chi Chuan training under Michael McLoughlin in 1996. Over the years he has also studied various forms of Chi Kung, Five Elements Hsing I Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang, Chan meditation, Buddhist philosophy and Chinese medicine.
